At the last minute, we decided to go to the beach to celebrate Mum’s birthday. There was no time to get to the shops so I used what I had in the pantry & found inspiration through Bakerella’s cakes (thanks). I had some coconut flavoured buttercream leftover from a job I did yesterday, which I dipped in crushed biscuits for the sand. Some sour straps for the towel & a very busty Tiny Teddy! They were fun & tasty & most importantly, Mum loved them.
